2. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or the License Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using and distributing any downloaded music.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kam Motivational is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or Licensed Music. You use the content at your own risk.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
